What You Get From the Analysis

Once you upload your shipping history, our team runs a deep analysis against our negotiated rates and returns a clear, actionable report.

Rate Optimization by Package Type

We match your shipments to our dedicated accounts for specific profiles—larger, heavier, lightweight, mid-size, and more—so every package lands on the rate it’s best suited for.

Why We Ask for 30 Days of Shipping Data

Generic “10% off” discounts are nice—but they leave a lot of money on the table.

ShipSense has dedicated accounts and negotiated rates tuned for specific types of packages. For example,

  • Large & heavy shipments

  • Small & lightweight parcels

  • Mid-size, everyday boxes

  • Express vs. Ground services

To place you on the best possible rate structure, we need to understand how you actually ship:

  • Package weights and dimensions

  • Service levels (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day, etc.)

  • Zones and lanes you ship into

  • Residential vs. commercial mix

Your last 30 days of shipping tells us exactly how to map your shipments to our optimized accounts so you’re not overpaying on any category.

FAQ’S

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do you need from me?

We ask for your last 30 days of shipping data—typically your UPS/FEDEX Invoices or a CSV export from your shipping software. The more complete the data, the more accurate your savings estimate.

Is this really free? What’s the catch?

Yes, the analysis is 100% free. If you decide to move forward with Shipsense, we earn a portion of the savings we generate. If we can’t save you money, you don’t pay us anything.

Will I need to switch carriers or software?

No. You keep using the same carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and the same shipping systems. We plug you into better rates behind the scenes.

How long does the analysis take?

Most analyses are completed within a few business days, depending on the volume and complexity of your shipments.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We treat your shipping data as confidential and only use it for the purposes of your savings analysis. We’re happy to sign an NDA if needed.
